Our orders are processed in our Los Angeles (CA) warehouse and depending on stock availability dispatch within one business day, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Tracking reference numbers are emailed out every evening. Full order tracking, status, and related helpdesk tickets as well as further account tools are found in customer account portal.
Please note that due to the nature of our business and the structure of our warehoue we do not offer Customer Counter Collections.
